Wow! I haven't been here in a while... What a pleasant surprise! It was a very quick check in process. The food and beverages were plentiful. When did they start serving alcohol?? Anyway, it was a fun night out seeing the Taylor Swift concert movie.
Very nice movie theatre - nice employees, decent food, and very clean. It’s never too crowded to be comfortable.
This theatre is okay. I decided to spend my day off at the movies and saw two of them back to back. The seats are relatively comfortable, but they don’t recline. The popcorn tasted a bit funny..almost as if it was old. There weren’t healthy snack options, but they at least had Bubly drinks. The screen sizes and seating set up are good. It’s not too cold in the theatre. Movies began on time. They had arcade games that were entertaining as I waited for the next movie to start.
Regal in Kingston is a nice movie theater! Concessions now offers beer & seltzer in addition to the usual popcorn, candy, & soda. The seats are relatively new - they don't recline completely, but they are comfy. This theater isn't always busy, so sometimes you'll find yourself watching a movie with the theater to yourself! This theater is part of the mall (Kingston Collection), so make sure you take a walk around & check out the shops before or after your movie!
Theater was clean and seating assigned. Very easy to use elevator and get to seats as I am temporarily disabled and using a walker. The young man doing the cleaning after the movie was pleasant and helpful. He called the elevator and offered assistance. I wish I had asked his name. Some snarky comments at the concessions counter which probably should not have been made as loudly as they were in front of guests, but the experience from that point on was easy and enjoyable. Seats were comfortable and in all it was a hassle-free experience.

It’s an OK movie theatre. It’s kind of the only game in town, but it’s not great. It’s kind of run down and there’s nothing special about it. Pretty much everyone has a theatre they like better that’s further away. Popcorn is pretty good though. Speaking of, food there is expensive but the portion sizes are MASSIVE.
Walking in smells like burnt popcorn.
All soda machines were broken.
Popcorn old and stale, "butter" tasted like it was rancid.
$18.00 for a bottle of water and large popcorn.
30 minutes of advertising before movie.
For a struggling industry it doesn't seem like they are trying to attract repeat customers.
